  An absolutely fantastic place to live! Close to everything...Boston, Manchester, but Nashua has EVERYTHING you could need. The Staff is outstanding. I travel quite a bit and they have done quite a few tricks to get through the hurdles to help me renew leases or coordinate insurance info...while I'm on the other side of the world! These people are great. On the rare instance I've had a maintenance issue in the last 4 years, it has been dealt with in less than 12hrs...even when I said it wasn't an emergency and could wait.

  You get everything here. An office staff that is responsive, professional, and very friendly. A maintenance team that is the best (very fast turnaround time, very experienced crew, and such great people). A diverse community, family friendly, but also great for young professionals. A beautiful, natural setting that is well maintained. Very pet friendly, too. So many places, including a dog park, to be outside with your dog.
  
  I picked my place years ago based on the view of the trees outside and the convenience of having a washer/dryer. The neighbors have consistently been easy to live with. This is a very safe community. I feel quite secure.

  My fiance and I moved here last month. For the price of rent you really do get a great deal - our home is spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff have all been so helpful and the grounds are well kept. I honestly can't complain about a thing we are very happy here!

  We relocated to NH in July 2018 from WA and we found and decided on the Royal Crest Estates Apartments because they were very well situated for my commute to MA. The Apartments are also very well situated with in walking distance from major shopping outlets and transportation routes. The amenities that the Apartments also offer are very good with pools and the play area being of great values to us. This has allowed us to explore the surrounding areas and get settled in into our new home state NH.
