  Just purchased our first home with Mollie McDonah at Arris Realty and I must say she was fantastic. From start to finish there wasn't a single hiccup. Every step of the way we were kept up to date on where we were in the process and her communication skills were A+
  I wouldn't hesitate to use her again in the future and can't recommend her along with arris realty enough to anyone looking to purchase a home.

  I worked with Maurice of Arris Realty on a deal we did together in Londonderry NH. He was extremely helpful and made the whole experience very enjoyable. Maurice was a pleasure to work with and I hope we can work together again in the near future.

  We cannot say enough about Chris Cormier! As first-time home buyers, he guided us through the process thougthfully, coached us up on what to look for, how to study an area, and feel confident in the investment we were making. With his knowledge of MA and NH, we were able to explore so many neighborhoods in pursuit of our house. Thanks for everything, Chris!

  Chris with Arris Realty recently worked as my realtor as I purchased a townhouse in Hampton, NH. The market was very competitive for buyers, but he remained dedicated to helping me find a new home. Although, we expected the process to be slow due to a lack of inventory Chris was able to help me find and close on a property in 3 short months! Chris was a great partner throughout the entire process; he provided thoughtful feedback while looking at properties and making offers and he handled difficult negotiations with other real estate agents to ensure I got the best possible deal. I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and responsiveness from Chris, but most importantly his patience was instrumental in navigating me through the stressful home buying process.
