  So true story about my CrossFit experience. About 5 years ago my girlfriend at the time and I attended a walk in class at CrossFit Southie, she of course loved it but I hated it. At the time I was more of a regular gym guy where I get to do my own thing at my own pace and she wasn't. So because I didn't like it we never signed up for a membership. A year later we moved to Hudson, NH where she decided to try CrossFit on her own because she didn't like regular gyms and she also wanted to meet new people and make friends. So she signed up at the local CrossFit gym, started to like it and ended up loving everything CrossFit. Then she tries one more time to get me to give it another shot so I did, and once again I hated it. I literally hated CrossFit and wanted nothing to do with it, didn't even want to hear the word CrossFit. It was just too fast paced for me to the point I wanted to pass out. Clearly I was out of shape and my stamina and cardio was seriously lacking. So 3 years goes by and she's still at it and loving it, from competing to even becoming a Level 1 coach. Just last year in July we realized that since we moved again but this time a few towns over from her gym, that her commute was longer, days were longer, she wasn't able to see our dogs and me as much as she used to that I had to jump in and say something. I made an agreement with her that if she would switch to a gym that's closer to where we live so she can get home a lot earlier to spend more time with the dogs and I that I would fully commit to joining CrossFit with her. I was asking a lot because she had already made new friends and liked the people at her gym and asking her to leave was a hard decision. But I was 100% serious and was totally willing to keep my word and now it's been 7 months since signing up at CrossFit Nashua and I/WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! This gym is perfect, the coaches are perfect and the members are so cool to workout with everyday. There's no intimidation, no looking down at each other, no big egos and definitely no negative energy at this gym. Everyone gets along, respects each others space and their workouts, there's no selfishness what's so ever and that's what I like to see. I'm proud to be a member here and I can see myself staying here working out side by side with these members and coaches for as long as I'm still living in NH. Definitely check the gym out, take a free class and before you know it you'll be doing RX workouts, movements you never thought your body could do and competing just like me.

  This place is amazing, I’ve been a member for over a year now and I can’t imagine my life without it. Everyone here is very nice and welcoming, you always want to come back. I had tried other gyms and this has by far been the best place. It’s like a second family, everyone is always encouraging and cheering others on. The coaches are awesome, and will help you modify any movements in a workout if you have mobility issues etc. I know I’ll alwyas get a great workout no matter if I need to scale back or change what I’m doing so it’s beneficial to me. No matter if you’re already a seasoned athlete or just beginning, there is a place for everyone here.

  Awesome gym, very knowledgeable and encouraging coaches. Very motivating place to workout.

  I belong to this gym and its affiliates, so i am a little biased. The coaches are good, the workouts are challenging, and the people, for the most part, are welcoming. If you like Crossfit, you will enjoy this place.

  I think this is my first google review! I only clicked on the google ratings for here because I was surprised it wasn't 5 across and was wondering what negative things people had to say and what could make people give it a 1 (obviously a fake review). Awesome place, staff, and people! Would recommend coming multiple times since it is hard to get a taste of crossfit and the community with just one visit!
