In the days of lawyer's charging so much money and doing so little, it was very refreshing to work with Chris. He genuinely wants to help his clients and takes great pride in his work. Absolutely fantastic experience. I found Attorney Christopher Kelley online as I live in southern New Hampshire. I had a free consultation regarding a personal bankruptcy and Chris took the time to go through all the pros and cons of bankruptcy. He answered all of my questions and always answered my calls or returned them within an hour or so. I ended up doing a Chapter 7 and my discharge was granted in December of 2018. I met Chris Kelley through a referral due to a unique circumstance I found myself in. Without getting into detail, Chris helped me understand why I should be talking to him and actually consider a bankruptcy...something I was extremely hesitant to do. My Chapter 13 was mostly dictated by real estate and escaping an unnecessary debt I found myself faced with. It was a 5 year process and Chris told me 80% of people who file Chapter 13 don't finish the program. I heeded Chris' advice throughout the process and recently completed my Chapter 13 successfully and can move forward confidently. Along the way Chris was always there to answer all of my questions...some simple...some complex. He was very responsive to me as his client and did the absolute best that he could do to not only educate me but provide assurance throughout this uncertain process. I hired Chris when I could see all of divorce, foreclosure and bankruptcy ahead of me. I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted to do when I hired Chris, either. I just knew I needed some protection from an attorney, so I could buy some time and await events while everything was up in the air. I paid him a tiny fee so I could stop all the creditor calls. I was protected by Chris for a year or more while other parts of my life resolved themselves. Ultimately we worked up a unique strategy that allowed me to maximize my time under bankruptcy protection while keeping our options open. Buying time was my priority and we succeeded big-time. I’m a tougher customer than most and can tell you Chris does great work.
