  Nathan and Derek painted the exterior of our home and deck this summer. They were friendly, reliable, meticulous, and thorough! Our house and deck both needed a lot of work, replacement of siding and deck boards, and lots of scraping and sanding was involved. They took no shortcuts, sequenced the painting as requested (we are selling our house and needed the front done first), and made the whole project look amazing. It looks like a new house! You can count on Nathan and Derek to make your house look fantastic -- and they are just the most wonderful people!

  Nathaniel and Derek are amazing. I started looking for an experienced painter during the summer of 2017.
  
  We have a 2400sqft barn on our proerty that we had just bought. The barn needed some serious TLC. It hadn’t been touched in what appeared to be decades. There were a lot of weathered shakes, peeling lead paint and holes in the roof.
  
  Our insurance company threatened to cancel our insurance if we didn’t fix it. I had the project bid out and even tho Braley Home Renovations wasn’t the lowest price (still competitive) they were meticulous with what they said they would repair/paint. I knew they were the right company for the job despite the project lead time being further out than other contractors.
  
  Our time finally came and from day 1 they were professionals. Nathaniel went over the full scope of work with me again and got started. If they had to miss a day due to weather I was always notified.
  
  We didn’t love one of the colors we chose on the doors after it dried and asked if they wouldn’t mind fixing it. Nathaniel not only fixed it l, he found the color we really wanted.
  
  I have received many complinents since they left from neighbors and friends. People are shocked how different it looks. I can’t wait to have them back for another project. 5 stars in every way.
