Most recently, a car backed into my house and drove off when I was not home and my neighbor was unable to get a plate number. James came over, gave me an estimate, and completed the work a couple of weeks later. He was willing to come on one of my days off so I did not have to take a day off from work. Additionally, the price he charged was the price he originally quoted me. (I have had other contractors quote one price and then demand more at the end because they found something “additional” that “needed” to be fixed). James is always professional and polite. “After reading some of these reviews I would like to point out a few things! I have stayed here for a few years and the staff is NOT disrespectful or aggressive! They are very helpful people and are very respectful. Cops are not here everyday like everyone has said. The place is pretty clean. Any complaints or issues I had were dealt with right away. It seems that all these negative reviews are from people that were asked to leave or not renewed to. It’s a place of business and if you caused any kind of issue/issues they are allowed to refuse service. Don’t always believe what you read on the internet people. Go and check things out yourself!”
