I needed a bounce house on short notice and they said they wouldn't have one till after the weekend, but they went above and beyond and were able to pick one up early that someone had rented. They really came through for us! Really friendly and personable staff from start to finish!

I am an older lady who doesn't drive. I needed to have my rugs cleaned and was on the hunt for a carpet cleaner. I've rented super market carpet cleaners, but they just don't seem to be the same or have enough power for what I needed done. I spoke with a very nice gentlemen on the phone who answered all my questions and told me that they had carpet cleaners. I live in the Salem, New Hampshire area and was able to quickly book the cleaner and had it delivered to my house the next day.

I am a long time customer of the Pelham Grand Rental Station. They conduct business in a friendly, upbeat, timely manner and have always answered any questions I've brought to their attention. I've rented several pieces of equipment from them and have always been giving straight forward detailed instructions on how to run a machine. If you have an issue they always send someone out right away to fix the problem. They are a great local company to the Pelham area and surrounding towns. I would suggest them to anyone compared to other locations. They have an excellent staff and management crew. Very professional company.
