I have eaten here a couple of times and have been impressed each time, but this place definitely stood out even more so after my sister's wedding this past weekend. The attention to detail and courtesy to guests was unmatched. Olivia, Kristen, and Claire were phenomenal - going far beyond what you would expect from a venue's events staff- I have been to a lot of weddings and have seriously never encountered their level of professionalism and sociability. Guests have been raving about the wedding ever since, and it was clear that no one wanted to leave at the end of the night. We ended up going back for brunch the next day because the food is so good. Our waiter, Spencer, was also great. I seriously think they only hire the cream of the crop here. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone.”

It has it all; a warm and friendly greeting as soon as you walk through the door, excellent attentive service ( Willy is awesome!), Beautiful decor, and the MOST delicious Mexican food in the Northeast. I love that it is family run and they put pride and authenticness into each dish they make. The Margarita's are huge and refreshing! Not to mention there are so many to choose from. Don't forget to try the Chorizo cheese dip. We ended up putting that stuff on EVERYTHING! It was mouth-watering! Couldn't help it! I love how there is consistency every time we visit El Arroyo. “Had to downsize from a scallop plate to a scallop roll as they were running out of scallops at 4:45, but actually I was surprised that the roll had enough scallops for my Uncle's dinner. I ordered a clam strip dinner do he could have the coleslaw and fries. So all in all for $25+ I thought it was a fair price for the amount and quality of food. The young staff was very accommodating as I was in a bit if a rush and the young man who prepared the food had great customer service ????. I actually assisted another patron to his car with his meal and delivered someone there shake....dies that mean I get an employee discount ???? Whether you are stopping by on the quick it plan to sit at one if the tables, I don't see how you could go wrong. Glad I gave Axel's a second chance, we'll be back.”

“We ate in restaurant. The service was fantastic and the food was great! The seafood was plump and cooked perfectly, no rubber texture. Vegetables were bright green and crisp tender on the tooth. They serve Dim Sum on the weekends, but we went on a Friday so I can't speak to the quality there. The drinks from the bar are tasty. Try a Mai Tai or the Planter's Punch. The service was quick and the prices are quite reasonable. The atmosphere is casual and good for couples as well as families with small children. You aren't going to do much better for Chinese cuisine here in New Hampshire!”

“A small, very small, privately owned Diner in the middle of Merrimack. Charlie's has been around for quite some time and is a local Hangout. If you're interested in our simple breakfast simple lunch you won't be disappointed by this classic Small Town Diner. Don't expect anything fancy. Charlie's is basic diner food with a basic limited menu oh, but what they do they do well. A few things to be aware of if you are thinking of visiting Charlie's. First it is very small so it is frequently quite crowded. There are no boots, all the seating is tables for 4. Parking can be limited. Wait staff are friendly and accommodating. The kitchen and grill are small, and right there with you in the restaurant area. So expect service to take a little bit of time when it's crowded. This is not the place to come if you're interested in a really fast in and out dining experience. Rather it's the place to come when you want to sit around the table enjoy a good breakfast of eggs or pancakes and great conversation over a cup of coffee.”
