I've been to other massage therapists in the past where I explained my needs on what I wanted to have focus on and they disregarded my wishes; Jeannette did not. She focused on my upper back, shoulders, and neck just like I was looking for. I knew all my muscle tension would not be worked out in 1 session but the 1 session I had significantly helped my pain and stiffness and have had better sleep.
