This past June 2019 my A1C was 8.6 now November 2019 it is 6.8. I have been a clent for 2 months and the results are fantastic! Thanks for all your help as it is really making a difference! I would strongly recommend you to anyone that needs help eating right.

(November 27, 2018, 7:41 pm)After taking an eight week nutrition class with Courtney I have lost 6 pounds and feel more confident about reading labels and understanding what I'm reading. I have tried boot camps at my gym, Weight Watchers and other diets that I just couldn't stick with and now I have made small changes in my diet and thought process and I am seeing results without eating like I'm dieting or depriving myself. Highly recommend her for your nutritional needs.
