  Very helpful staff! We needed to do some touch-ups and found out that the original paint is a contractor grade and quite expensive per gallon. A smaller sample size in a very similar sheen in the same colors was suggested and it has turned out great! They were looking for ways to save us money and they didn't have to! Highly recommend!

  The trainers are awesome. TheyPay close attention to make sure I don’t hurt myself while working out.They help make the workout fun but hard . Great group of women.

  This place has me IN LOVE with working out. The trainers there are awesome. They are so motivating, I can feel my body changing and I love it! Highly recommend it.

  I just joined simply fit today! I met with Crystal, one of the trainers and the owner Joe. They were very friendly and thorough. I'm really excited to start, I feel they really are committed to helping me achieve my goals and I think I've finally found what I need in order to get in shape!

  I love this place! I've been going here for about 10 months (since just shortly after they opened) for scheduled training sessions twice a week -- typically with 2 or 3 other people at a time, though individualized to me, for half an hour followed by half an hour of interval training. I also attend small group classes for yoga, barre, core, etc. about twice a week.The training routines are never the same, they mix it up well. The nutritional component of the program is encouraged, and is here to benefit from to whatever degree you want to involve yourself. There are women here of all ages, sizes and physical abilities (or not, initially) and everyone is made to feel comfortable. Consistently feels welcoming, respectful, discrete, upbeat, and encouraging. Equipment is always in excellent condition, well-maintained ... very clean facility. I'm noticing wonderful increases in my strength and endurance in all aspects of my daily life, decreased body fat and increasing lean muscle -- which has been my goal. I highly recommend this place!
