Love Lindsay and all of her classes! She's so positive and upbeat which is a wonderful addition to any day.
Great atmosphere and energy in the studio. All instructors are very welcoming and friendly. I love that there's such a variety of classes and that the schedule gets adjusted according to the needs/wants of the yogis attending. Thank you for creating such a positive space!
This is by far my favorite yoga studio in the area ( I think I have tried them all). The vibe of this studio really resonates with me. It is friendly, welcoming and all about making the practice work for your body. I highly recommend this studio if you are new to yoga or are looking to spice up your practice!
After taking up a consistent yoga practice here I was even inspired to sign up for a 200 hour yoga teacher training this December.
So tonight I attended my first yoga class ever. I wasn’t sure what to expect. Kinda nervous, kinda worried I wouldn’t know what to do!
When I arrived, Lindsay the owner greeted me warmly as well as a few ladies in the adorable lobby whom were also attending the class. There’s was another newbie too so I didn’t feel alone!
I opted to take her “yin” class as it’s seemed the best option for beginners. Lindsay was super sweet and helped me pick a mat to rent for the night because I didn’t have on yet. And her suggestion was totally right!
The class was very relaxing, informative, and had awesome music! Lindsay instructed us on a pose and held to music for 3-10 min. She would also read a little story or explained the reasoning to the pose and where we were supposed to feel it. If you have any questions or needed help, you could quietly raise your hand, and she’ll come over while not distrubin the class. As a newbie, it was very helpful!!
I would definitely recommend ignite yoga studio and am looking forward to trying their other classes!!!
