(November 15, 2019, 9:19 pm)As much as I want to complain about the lack of amenities I just can't. The location is what you're paying for. A mini fridge was the only amenity. No coffee maker, no hair dryer, no private balcony, no in room safe and parking is 100 yards down the street. But the location is perfect for access to Hampton Beach. I actually saw a whale breaching from my balcony on our last day there.

Under the hotel is a convenience store that sells just about everything you would need visiting the beach and beer/drinks. My daughter liked the pool. Room wasn't fancy but was very clean and exactly what you need at the end of day spent on the beach! Will definetly stay here again!!!

(June 17, 2019, 9:08 am)What a great mini-vacation, so glad we found this place! The staff was super friendly, the room was beautiful, and the location can't be beat! the only bad thing was that we couldn't stay longer! we're already making plans to go back! Love this place!!

(June 12, 2019, 8:54 pm)Ocean front with a balcony! The room was small but cozy. People walking around late being loud was the only negative.. beautiful to wake up to the sunrise! TV did not work ????
