Pelham Resort

Family friendly, clean, comfortable, affordable. Continental breakfast. Front porch area right on street level is so nice (only downfall is the ppl smoking on the porch ????)! Beach (and playground) is right across the street) Rooms are small (bathrooms are crazy small ????) but who spends time in their room anyway! ????

My fiance and I stayed in Hampton Beach at the Pelham. We had a room by the pool with a full kitchen. I had an amazing front porch and an amazing roof top deck plus a heated pool. The hotel is convenient to everything, right in the center of the beach.
We will be back!

The location was great. Absolutely love the front porch and heated pool. Check-in was easy. The staff are awesome, friendly, polite and went out of their way to accomodate some special needs we had. The rooms were clean and surprisingly quiet considering the hotel is right in the center of all the hustle and bustle on Ocean Blvd. I would highly recommend this resort
