Recently we contacted them to have windows replaced and form day one they were attentive to our needs and helpful with our questions. We needed to wait (supply chain issues ) for our product to be in, but they kept us informed and updated frequently. Timberlane Glass replaced a broken window in my house. They also replaced any broken window locks on any of the other windows that needed lock replacement. It was quick and inexpensive. The service tech was professional and kind. I would definitely use Timberland glass for all my I glass related needs. Matter of fact I have an appointment to go back where they are going to fix the leaking window in the cap of a van conversion. That's how good they are.
