  I was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to join Pinnacle Rehab Network as a student at Manchester Sports Medicine back in 2004. I was exposed to one of Pinnacle’s first startups and was able to see first-hand what it takes to be a successful independent practice. My goal was to always have my own clinic, it was obvious that Pinnacle would be the catalyst to this mission.
  
  Now, years later, I have grown 2 clinics to have a total of 8 therapists. Pinnacle has and continues to provide a solid foundation, derived from years of experience of both success and struggles of our network of clinics. These experiences are invaluable resulting in Pinnacle’s expertise as it is today. They provide operational guidelines, insurance contracts, compliance awareness, HR resource, the list goes on...all allowing me to focus on the daily operations including Pt care, marketing, and employee management/engagement.

  Partnering with Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network was an easy decision for me in 2016 when I opened Accel Physical Therapy. They truly put you in the driver seat with owning and operating a practice how you see fit. Behind the scenes, PRN provides you guidance, comfort, and security with their endless resources and five star staff. Owning a business can be a daunting task, but partnering with Pinnacle makes it far less stressful and an enjoyable daily experience. I highly recommend looking into a partnership with PRN if you’re thinking about opening a PT practice.

  PRN has allowed me to become a successful clinic owner while still maintaining a prominent clinical role in the practice which is something I did not want to give up.   I partnered with Pinnacle Rehabilitation Network in 2003 to open Manchester Sports and Physical Therapy. It has been a great 16 years together. They have provided the support and guidance that I needed to get my practice up and running and to help grow it over the years. They allow you to manage your practice as you see fit all while providing the answers to questions that you may have to in regard to insurances rules, HIPAA, etc. I would recommend them to any PT looking to partner with a management company.
