  I love this place. If i am in the area i must stop in. The best shop for anything exotic. They carry all of the supplies needed for any pet or project you have in the works. The staff is extremely knowledgeable! If they don't have it they can find it for you. Their reptile breeding is world class and they offer tours of their facility. Check out their social media channels, you won't be disappointed.

  I have to say they sell beautiful animals. Rob is extremely helpful. But I bought a shirt that supposedly Kevin signed but I'll never really know????. When I arrived home I purchased 2 more animals. I drove so far to meet Kevin as we watch him daily!!! The animals are doing great!!

  Lots of variety in animals and stock. Not obvious who is working lots of people in zoo creatures shirts hanging out chatting with one another ignoring customers - but not sure if they even worked there? Had to ask the girl behind the resister twice to get assistance getting fish (not her fault she was the only busy one obviously working not hanging out chatting) Definitely recommend but staff could do a better job making themselves available to customers - though i understand many go there to just look so perhaps staff is trained to only offer assistance if asked - though if thats the case they should try not to ignore customers if the ppl wearing zoo creatures shirts were in fact staff.

  The staff was very helpful and friendly. They have a huge selection of reptiles. I took my daughter there to get aquatic plants but their plant selection was thin. They have hard to find fish but not a huge selection to pick from. If you are going their for reptiles and rare fish they have them. They do have a huge selection of tank accessories. I give them 4 stars due to the limited aquatic section. The experience there was great and my daughter and enjoyed looking at all the exoctics.

  Great staff. Very knowledgeable and helpful. We have even done my six year old daughter's birthday party there. Excellent Service and presentation. We have a Ball Python named Maui we bought from them. The staff has been so very helpful with care instructions. They are worth the ride.
