  I have been a member here since they opened in July of 2020 and it has been the best experience. This gym has everything you are looking for. It has a variety of classes at convenient times all throughout the day. More importantly the trainers and staff are excellent. No matter what level you are they make you feel welcome and comfortable and more importantly push you to better yourself during every work out. Chris and Christina (the owners) have made this into more than just a gym, but a great community. Highly recommend becoming a member!

  Started coming to classes with no prior boxing experience. The coaches are fantastic! Definitely a good fit for a newbie or a seasoned boxer. The train classes are great too. Full body workouts at your own pace in a class environment. I highly recommend giving this gym a try!

  EBF Rock is the first gym that has everything I'm looking for. They have a variety of classes at several different times including open gym, individual and group personal training as well as nutrition coaching (Fight Fuel). The owners Chris and Christina are amazing and so supportive! The trainers are all so knowledgeable and motivating. The owners and trainers definitely make you feel part of the EBF family - they care genuinely about you. Love this place!

  I've belonged to many gyms over the last 20+ years...Everybody Fights Rock is the first time I can say my gym feels like family. The trainers are friendly and knowledgeable, and provide the perfect amount of push needed for each member regardless of skill level. The gym floor is always neat and clean, and there is enough equipment so you never have to wait. You're always greeted with a smile and hello at the front desk, and you can tell that owners Chris and Christina truly care about each and every member.
  
  I highly recommend EF Rock for anyone looking for a great workout in an amazing environment.

  The team at EverybodyFights ROCK is friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I started going here and have never boxed before, but everyone has been extremely welcoming and helpful. Trainers are quick to run over and help in the middle of a class to ensure you have the proper form.
  
  I like that there are so many classes to choose from, and even if you take the same class multiple times, the workouts vary keeping you coming back for more.
  
  The environment is open, modern, and very well cleaned and maintained.
  
  This place has gotten me out of a slump of not working out for a few years, and I continue to look forward to booking each class.

This gym has changed my life and become my home. I started coming to bags classes in August 2020. Right away, coach Sam made me feel at home. Now after a year with my gym family, ROCK owner Chris is training me to fight and Christina has helped to make sure I am fueling my body properly.
