I love this place. The workers are very friendly and helpful. Prices are good and there is a generous Rewards Program. It is smaller and more personal than the big chain pet stores. My dogs love visiting but they try to avoid the back of the store where the self wash is! I have an annual plan for the self wash so they know.

This store alway makes me feel right at home. I alway get greatest when I walk through the door. I like the staff here. They are great people. I'm always feel like family when I go into this store. They know my dog by name. The store manager is a very nice person, always will to answer any questions I have an, you can tell she's a good hearted person. They are always will to help you figure out what kind of food you want to get your pet..if you want to try something new and un sure on what type , they will take the time and help you masks the best choice of food for your pet...The store is very organized and has a self wash room built in. where you can wash your dog they're and leave the mess behind. Great place! Great price! Great service! Staff are super super friendly and helpful! Literally the only loyal companion store near me that offers full range of ziwi cat food. I get all ziwi food from here with amazing discount most of the time. Yes I only have one cat! And this cat has a pantry! From loyal companion!

My pup Emma has been a staple at this store as long as it’s been around. Gina, Allie and the whole crew cater to my little fluff ball’s eating quirks and are caring and knowledgeable. Emma looks forward to our weekly visits and so do I. I can’t say enough about the friendliness and caring of the staff-you can’t buy that on Amazon. Gina knocked it out of the park with her last suggestions for our family’s new puppy❤️❤️ You guys are the best!!
