I am super critical of my experiences with auto repair shops because they typically try to trick you into spending more money. They have the best prices, and I've called over 7 different places to make sure I am getting the best deal because I hate spending more than necessary. Every single repair I've ever needed, I've always gotten the best deals with Pep Boys.

Pep Boys for the last 4 years has ALWAYS ensured that I was only spending what is necessary. Always super friendly, and it's genuine. They truly look out for us. You can trust them.

I never go anywhere else except to Pep Boys!!!

I came here the morning after I hit a curb and ended up with a flat tire, after having purchased new tires a month ago from Pep Boys. Since I had only gone to Pep Boys in MA and did not bring any receipts or documentation, I didn't have any information in their database, and we couldn't get ahold of the store I went to last. The tire was destroyed as it was ripped on the side, but it was a very minor tear that was hard to be detected. Jay was incredibly friendly and helpful with my situation, explained what was going on very pleasantly, and was able to help arrange my transaction in a way that let me get a very reasonable deal on replacing my tire. I was impressed with the whole experience and it was quick. I'd definitely come back to this location and recommend to others. :)

I took my car in this morning to patch a flat tire I had the previous night. I was greeted my the service manager Jay who was excellent. He showed and explained what happened to my tire, fixed the issue, repaired the tire and sent me on my way. Thank you Jay! I needed that this morning after my tire incident yesterday. I will be back in the future when I need new tires. Pep Boys hold onto this manager. Very professional and courteous. Made me remember why I trust and visit Pep Boys for all of my cars needs.
