When the owner found out my wife and I were shopping for a box spring for a disabled elderly person who had been displaced from her home he and his staff were very generous and attentive to meet the needs. The young man who helped secure the boxspring to our vehicle was an expert at it! Everyone there were genuinely caring and personable, like a small family business. “The people here are so nice and helpful, they all deserve a raise! They are overworked because of how busy they are. I waited 30 minutes in line at the counter and 2 hours to get a battery change. This has nothing to do with the employees (who were great), the management needs to hire more employees so they don’t work their employees to their bones and people can get their cars fixed faster.”
