I walked into the store to get a new charger but I ended up buying a few more accessories. The sales rep Ines was so friendly and helpful. She informed me about the T-Mobile Tuesday App! This girl needs a raise????????.

I had a really wonderful experience with sales rep Ines, she was dealing with several different customers at once and she managed to help us all and I still felt that she was catering to me. I upgraded my device and she made sure all of my information was transferred and backed up for future upgrades. I would give 5 stars but only 4 because of being short staffed. Otherwise it was a great visit!

I had an issue with my phone freezing and the girl there helped me figure out what was wrong with the device so I didn't have to get a replacement. She showed me how to make sure all of my stuff is being backed up so I won't lose anything. I didn't come in to buy anything and they helped me anyways. Great customer service.
