  I have been training with Josiah 3 days every week. There has never yet been a day where I was not looking forward to meeting with him. He has kept me encouraged, and works me hard for sure. The results so far are great. I feel healthier and stronger as the days pass. I would highly recommend starting a class with him whether it be learning how to defend yourself or just get a great workout. Thank you!

  I reached out to Josiah and he was so flexible and responsive that he made it possible to sign my son up. He is taking lessons 3x a week and has been for almost a month, and has not lost interest at all. In fact, I've never seen him so intent on being ready for any sport prior. He is noticeably stronger already (that was fast), he can touch his toes again (haha) thanks to added flex, and he chose boxing as his art of choice and is lightly sparring already to learn technique. He loves it. I love that he loves it. At first we thought it might negatively impact his grades, but Josiah holds him accountable for his work ethic (at my request) and also is super-positive. Its early, but my 16yr old is having the best start in school than he has had in years. He doesn't want to lose his training days! I could go on, but will stop now by just saying that Josiah invests in his students.
