“Tom and his team were very professional and really took their time to explain my machine to me. I purchased a home that already had an existing pellet stove so i called Tom and his team to come service the machine. Tom spent over an hour cleaning the machine and walking me through each part of the machine. “Josh came to install a new slider when my old wooden one rotted and was leaking into the house. It turned out the floor was rotted under the linoleum, making for a very dangerous situation. Josh actually cemented the floor, making it sturdy and safe, before installing the new door. I also had him install my kitchen floor tiles, and he did a great job. The last job he did for me was installing new steel front doors on both sides of our duplex. He is very particular when he works on a project, making sure the customer is totally satisfied. I highly recommend Josh for any renovations or repairs you need.”
