Suddenly a second employee asked what I was looking for When I told him I was taken right to the items. Since there was more than one item I needed to make a choice. At that point he left me to make my decision. Once made I brought my items to the counter where i was promptly cashed out and on my way. I was treated with respect and was made to feel valued as a customer.”

“So I was shopping around for new tires for the first time. I have always had beaters that weren't worthy of new tires, so spending the money on new tires for the first time was kinda a big deal for me. My Dad recommended town fair tire. I went there and spoke to the guy behind the counter. He was kinda snarky and didn't seem to care to help me, almost like I was bothering him. Next I went to VIP, pretty much across the street, and Chris was nice, helpful and a straight shooter. I told him what I was looking for, he printed out some options I could take home and I left. He didn't seem bothered when I left, like I wasted his time or something, he understood some people like to research stuff. A few day's later I researched tires on VIP's website and found a set I liked, called Chris and scheduled the appointment same day. Dropped car off, picked up later and everything was done right and it was a smooth transaction. Can't ask for more. Oh ya, I grew up working ten years for my dad at the used car lot he owned, my perspective is better than most. Thanks Chris!”
