“Rent increase was 1st in many years BUT A jump from $185 up to $220 was a bit much. That is ALOT in just a months time. Otherwise place is ok. Plenty of room. Could use more room between rows of units as well as more lighting at night. Every unit should have one outside and 1 inside light. Too dark at night. Could pose safety concerns. All in all the place is ok and secure. Cameras everywhere give you a sense of security on top of the numeric entry pad to get in. Pretty safe and secured. Never had any issues to be concerned about feeling as if my stuff might not be safe. The thought never crossed my mind. Therefore it must be secure. NICE!”

He was supposed to do a small roofing area and realized a part of new construction was not closed properly. Some of our new office was exposed to the outdoors. “Beautiful little forest. Unfortunately, lots of people have left trash: beer cans, gun pellets, wrappers all throughout the forest. The trails have not been maintained recently so it was a bit confusing to figure out where to go. That being said, I will definitely be back and my dog absolutely loved it.”

Like everyone has been saying, the guys here are ridiculously nice and know what they are doing - also always appreciate that they don't make fun of me for my fear of bugs! I've had them come every Fall to spray for spiders and not only do I never see spiders for the rest of the year, I never see any insects in general! “Compared to how it was before, this place is real nice. They used to have only two gas pumps, which were right in front on the store door. The pumps, 5 or 6, are now on the side, with parking all around the building. They kept the warm and friendly feeling of a general store, it's just a modern version now. They make warm sandwiches inside, and there's a Honeydew Donuts with their own drive-thru.”

“We moved to NH in August and were very apprehensive switching daycares. We had one in MA that we loved, so it was hard to just settle for something new. I visited 5 or 6 daycares in the area and had it narrowed to 2 potentials. I made my boyfriend do a second visit to both to help decide. He felt kiddie academy blew the other choice out of the water. Since we've been there, we have been validated that we made the right choice; we love it even more than our Massachusetts place. From the front door where you see Karin and Erin who are possibly the kindest people that I have ever met. They know you, they know your child, they are always smiling with a warm welcome. The teachers in each classroom are so invested in their children, even the floaters that lend support. They always report how your child is doing daily. There's never a question on what happened in the day, but the nice part is the app that gives you their day to day activities. There are pictures posted, when their diaper changes were, what they did for projects etc. There is not a doubt in our minds that our daughter is loved and well cared for there. We feel very lucky to have them.”
