“This place is amazing. The front desk staff are incredibly welcoming and honestly seem to care if you have a good experience. The massages are great and they have a variety of massage therapists with a wide range of skills to fit people's preferences (including great prenatal!) I've only had one massage I wasn't happy with in the few years I've been going to this particular location and about 8 years total with the Elements chain. I let them know at the front desk when she asked me how my massage went and she immediately apologized and comped me another massage, made a recommendation for a new one and booked me for the next day. Turned out he is an excellent massage therapist and my new go to. The atmosphere is quiet, pleasant, and relaxing. The beds are heated (always my personal favorite). They have an online booking tool that works well and allows you to see your upcoming appointments as well. I have the monthly membership (which I highly recommend). They roll over if you miss a month and you can share your membership with someone else as well.”

“From oil changes, tires, exhaust, engine service, alignments, etc... the list goes on and on, there is no other place in Salem to take your vehicle for service than Fays Salem Tire and Auto. Do not let the name fool you, Fay's Salem Tire is a full auto service mechanic. I have been going to Armando and Sean for years. I have brought my classic cars for service and there is no better service provider than these men. Honest as the day is long. Quality Service. Honest prices. CHEAPER THAN JIFFY LUBE!!!!! come on. My last oil change at Jiffy Lube was over $100 dollars (with the BS excuse that my vehicle is European and needs special oil.) Same type of service, using European oil, was almost $25 dollars cheaper and if something goes wrong, you are dealing directly with the owner who will make it right, not some corporate name tag that will give you the run around. Fay's is the only place.”

“After our new car suddenly broke down because all the coolant unexpectedly leaked after going to the movies late at night in nearly negative temperatures, we used the SOS feature in the car. They said would be there in 45 minutes and arrived on time and called as soon as they arrived. The man, Chris, was very nice, and let us stay in the front of the warm truck while he loaded the car. He worked very quickly and efficiently. Couldn’t be happier with the experience (as most towing experiences are not ideal). If you do have a choice when being towed highly recommend them based on our experience.”
