“I joined T1 about a month ago and I absolutely LOVE it there. I played basketball in college and from the time that I graduated in 2011 up until last month, I have bounced from gym to gym trying to find a place that felt like the right fit. I used to walk into a gym and even though I pretty much knew what I was doing, I would still feel a little lost. I was always used to a strength coach guiding me through a program and so when I was on my own I lacked that guidance and motivation. I was not seeing any results from working out on my own and was pretty much throwing my money down the drain. My brother and a close friend introduced me to T1 and I was hooked right from my first time there. Tyler and Lindsey do an awesome job of giving you personal attention throughout each workout to make sure you are doing the correct movements with the appropriate amount of weight. I am almost through my 4th week there and I have already seen huge changes in my body. I used to dread going to the gym but I can honestly say I look forward to every workout at T1. We do different exercises each day/week and that variety makes it so that you never get bored. I really can't say enough about this place! I recommend it to all of my friends and family and pretty much anyone else who will listen. Try it out, I promise you will not be disappointed!”

“I went in to set up my new phone and was pleasantly surprised by the salesman named John L. He was super helpful, low pressure, gave me all the info I needed to make informed decisions, and was just genuinely a nice guy. Honestly, I was dreading having to go into a Verizon store to switch my phone around (I know its their job to sell things and I don't resent that, but sometimes it's not the most pleasant experience to deal with).
