My mother was on her way home after a long day beginning with a 5:00am appointment with my aunt in a Boston hospital and not arriving back to the Plaistow area until approximately 5:00pm, while driving, the car alerted her that she was losing air in her tire and it would be flat in a matter of minutes. She pulled into Estabrook's and Keith greeted her but told her they were closed. He noticed her tire and was so gracious to say that she could park her SUV in the garage for the night and once we could get her a new tire he would replace it. Thank you again Keith for being so caring! I will never forget what you did for my Mom!”
