“The people here are so nice and helpful, they all deserve a raise! They are overworked because of how busy they are. I waited 30 minutes in line at the counter and 2 hours to get a battery change. This has nothing to do with the employees (who were great), the management needs to hire more employees so they don’t work their employees to their bones and people can get their cars fixed faster.”

“This is a shout-out to Scott from the Merrimack NH Interstate All Battery Center who went above and beyond to help me out while I was swapping my battery in my sedan. I was expecting a simple swap, but I accidentally dropped a piece of the battery terminal clamp down into the engine bay (we've all been there). I spent probably 30 minutes looking around for it, and Scott spent about 15 right along with me. Thankfully the part was eventually found.
