“Love these guys. It's also the only place that's local that has a waiting room. I'm by no means a car expert and my wife's car was making an awful noise. I assumed it was a muffler/exhaust issue and I'd be in the hole $600. They very easily could have replaced the whole exhaust and charged me up towards that but I got a call a couple hours after dropping off the car and that it was just some loose bolts around the muffler. Swapped those out and had a bull of under $100. Will keep coming back here until I can't drive anymore :)”

“Me and my girlfriend went to pick up my quad last Thursday, but arrived after service was closed. But a guy from sales was able to grab Eric from service as he was about to leave and he was able to help us. Not only did Eric re-open the service department for us, but patiently helped us load our quad up, gave us tips on how to properly secure it and took time to answer any additional questions we had about the service it had, even though it was well past closing time for him. Which I thought was great, since most places would just tell you they’re closed and walk away. We will certainly be back for service in the future and are happy with the work we had done!”

“My story I went there one night just after they closed to get some parts for my bike. Like I said they were closed but the 2 gentlemen stopped me as I was about to leave and told me come on in and sent me right up to Glen in parts. The poor guy already had the lights out walking out with his stuff. But with a smile and a great attitude Glen went right back behind the counter asked me what I needed and got it all together for me. That was Awesome I today's world there is a lot of bad service when places still have hours of open time but these guys (Glen) gladly helped me when let's face it did not really have to. “After being taken for a ride by another automotive place, I brought my car here. Told Jim the mechanic what the other place had checked. Jim dropped me off at home so I didn't have to wait while the repairs were being done. He called me a few hours later and said the car was ready. He then picked me up and drove back to the shop. The part that was checked by the other place which they said was fine was actually defective. He took the part out and showed me why it was defective. He replaced that part and it's been fine for over a month now. Save yourself some time and just bring your car to Jim and Mike. You might save a few bucks going somewhere else, but these guys are friendly, honest, and will get the job done right the first time.”

Also the turnaround is very quick! They even installed the mirror for me. They blended the white paint so it would match the rest of the car instead of looking like the Michelin man.
