“What a great job Roy and Laura did on our front entry railings! We have wide granite steps and the railings were installed in a way to maximize the look. They are beautiful and the installation was meticulous . They cleaned up so that nobody would ever have known they were there,which was greatly appreciated. The cost for materials of our choice and installation was quite reasonable. The appearance of the railings really enhances the look of the steps,whilst providing a means of entering and exiting the front door safely for anyone that needs additional support. It was such a success and so much fun for both the participants and bystanders watching. The feedback I heard was "he was so knowledgeable, both "off-the-cuff" and after some consultation and brief research. He exhibited some very lovely and valuable pieces as examples of fine antiques, but he was still so respectful of the things people brought in and so kind when he had to inform them that they were not quite the value they had hoped for.
