They we professional, polite and took extreme care with pulling up the old and cleaning the space when it was done! The even vacuumed by the front door of my condo building to ensure there was no fibers, etc. The office staff were friendly and very helpful, letting me keep some samples for several days. They quoted me an excellent price and the payment process was easy as was the measurement visit. I would highly recommend Messina’s flooring and carpet to anyone! Most recently, a car backed into my house and drove off when I was not home and my neighbor was unable to get a plate number. James came over, gave me an estimate, and completed the work a couple of weeks later. He was willing to come on one of my days off so I did not have to take a day off from work. Additionally, the price he charged was the price he originally quoted me. (I have had other contractors quote one price and then demand more at the end because they found something “additional” that “needed” to be fixed). James is always professional and polite. I have friends who have hired him and they have also been pleased with his work. I recommend him for your contracting needs”
