Rachael is well educated on her profession and knew exactly what exercises I should be doing to get the results I wanted. I wanted to work on my arms, thighs and butt and after our sessions they had never looked so good! Aside from her excellent training, Rachael gave me advice on how I should be eating and how to kick any unhealthy lifestyle choices I had been making. While she worked me hard and didn’t let me slack off when I wanted to (thank you!!) she never made me feel embarrassed or self conscious for my lack of endurance and poor form (which she always corrected). It felt more like working out with a friend who knew what they were doing. She’s very easy to get along with and makes your sessions fun. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking to get in shape and elevate their fitness journey. Every penny spent is worth it with Rachael!”
