“We are so happy with the work and professionalism of Bill! He came out to provide a quote (free of charge) when we were having leakage from our water heater. We previously had a quote from another company and he was really honest about what actually needed to be replaced and what didn’t. His quote was reasonable and we went with him. He was able to quickly order parts and have a new system installed within a week of the quote. He was on time, quick, knowledgeable and honest! Happy with all the work done. We needed the tank temperature adjusted a few days later (he said this might happen) and he came and helped us tweak it a bit. Said we could always call if we had any questions or anything seemed off, everything has been great and we’ve found ourselves a new plumber! Would highly recommend Bill!”

“I'm a Private Investigator and as such I constantly have the Police called on me. It's a normal part of the job for me to interact with law enforcement officers, and the interactions are generally very professional. Unfortunately, from time to time I do encounter "Supercop" who wants to arrest everything that walks. On one side of the Spectrum of Police Interactions (I just made that up) is Supercop, on the other end, the much nicer end, is Police Officers like the ones employed by the Town of Danville, NH. Despite two interactions, and my mistake of forgetting my NH PI license, the officers of Danville PD remained calm, casual and friendly at all times. I'd never been here prior to this case, but Danville is a place I'd feel safe in anytime knowing there are some stellar cops in town. Thank you kindly for your professionalism and understanding.”
