(September 15, 2018, 2:33 pm)Denise is awesome! I always ask to be seated in her section because she's always so respectful and it's always like seeing a family member when I go there! I'm giving the lounge 5 star's because of Denise if not for her it would be less!
(September 15, 2018, 2:32 pm)The food is generally good; plenty of options. The drinks are great, and the serving staff do a good job of taking care of you and making you feel welcome. But you pay $10 a person in Rewards credits if you have below 25000
tier credits for the current or previous year.
