Mike was an absolute pleasure! He diagnosed and fixed the problems my mom was having in her bathroom within an hour of walking through the door. He was kind, courteous, and precisely on time. He said 2:00, and he arrived at exactly 2:00. We have found our new family plumber! Ten out of ten would recommend to a friend.

Mike did a great job. You can tell that he takes pride in his work. He worked through some challenges and stuck with the project until it met his high standards.

Mike was amazing!!! My husband is an Wounded Veteran, Mike was right here on a Friday night no less. He was so helpful, and very willing to help us in anyway we needed! I would recommend him to anyone. Courteous, professional and most of all very compassionate about our situation when our hot water heater started gushing water. Mike called the warranty company to see if we had a warranty, to save us money and not have to pay out of pocket for a $1400 water heater!!! Very honest and gave me step by step what was going on with my tankless water heater, that another company installed two years ago. On Time Plumbing was able to get the parts shipped over night and installed them on a Saturday for me. I cant say enough positive things about this company. They also saved me thousands because the first company I called told me I needed a new water heater, and it turned out it was only a board issue.
