(June 23, 2018, 12:21 pm)Staff were responsive to what I wanted and didn't try to upsell. The finished product was good. There was a problem with the install contractor (Dan.) Atlantis quickly responded to the problem and made concessions to make up for it. That problem seemed to be with the contractor, not Atlantis. Recommended as long as you specify not to use Dan for the install.

(April 4, 2018, 7:30 am)Went to Home Depot and Lowe’s both places gave me a run around.. for such a big operation they could not even work with my schedule. I don’t want to wait weeks for carpet install I want it now...
After speaking with don At Atlantis I was able to get a measurement done and install within a very short period of time. They gave me exactly what I was looking for. Will be going back for carpet and flooring every time I need it.
