  Store is clean and easy to navigate — and they have a big parking lot so you can always find a spot. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly — they’re really good at helping pair the customer with the right frames. They know what’s trending, but they also make sure you get the best quality glasses; that’s what is most important to me. It’s also super convenient that you can always get through to talk to a real person when you call the store with any questions.

  Awesome service and experience. Was able to make a same-day appointment on a Sunday! I was seen at my scheduled appt time and the exam was very thorough. The Opti-map was well worth the extra $40 since I was concerned about a possible retina tear. Dr Steve was very friendly and went into great detail explaining everything to me. He listened to my concerns and found my problem was caused by the beginning of a cataract forming in my right eye. No pressure to buy glasses there either! BTW, Google Maps is off a bit on the location. It's in Hamilton Commons, yes, but over in the group of stores closest to the theater.
