The Store layout was very clean and expansive along with being well laid out also the store personnel or welcoming and very helpful. I will Definitely be back to purchase again.

He answered a few questions we had about the product we were looking at and when we decided to purchase it he was really helpful with our transaction. We will definitely look for him in the future when we come to Bobs to purchase things in the future. He is an exceptional salesman and deserves to be rewarded for his professionalism.

(December 11, 2018, 2:24 pm)Wonderful store. So many nooks and crannies you could really lose track of time. My mother and I had the good fortune of getting the tour from a Mr. Gerald Sharpley. Extremely knowledgeable of every product I questioned him about. Gave me plenty of space and time when needed. Encouraged the Bobs credit line without getting too aggressive about it. Definitely didn’t try to pressure me into buying anything so he could get a sale. Although I was only window shopping and getting ideas he solidified my decision to bring my business to his store and ask for him in person. I seriously cannot wait until I make my final decision on my new furniture from Bobs.

We were actually here a week ago and didn’t have the the best experience; the person giving us a tour didn’t know the answers to most of our questions. Gerald had every answer and more. Hopefully we’re as satisfied with our furniture as we were with his assistance.
