  I called on a Sunday in November 2018 @9:50 for help with my oil furnace that was not lighting. Pipes cold. I left a message with the details. @9:55 I received a call back from Ed Conn. We talked the situation over and I had someone at my house the very next day to get me back up and running. Pipes are hot and house is warm! This is my first experience with Conn Mechanical and so far I am very pleased. ????

  We had an emergency when a heat pump stopped working. Unlike another local contractor who left us in a bind by not showing up as promised Ed came out immediately and diagnosed the problem. I would highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

  Conn Mechanical Services continuously provides excellent service. They installed my GEOTHERMAL System and provide routine maintenance along with emergency service (when rarely needed). They are always prompt when scheduling an appointment and on time when arriving for a repair. Nick is the repair technician that I have dealt with in the last year. He is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. His knowledge insures that he detects the problem in minimal time while his professionalism results in the fast repair of the problem. Everyone in the company, from Ed Conn the owner, the office staff, etc. is a pleasure to do business with. If you are looking for a company in the area of air conditioning/heating that is very reliable, dependable, and knowledgeable, with the right price Conn Mechanical Systems is it. I highly recommend them. I have been a very satisfied customer for 15 years.

  We were very pleased with this company. Our central air decided to quit working on a Sunday night. We called Conn that night and left a message. We received a call at 8 AM the next day by their very professional office staff. They sent someone almost immediately. They gave us a price to fix it and three quotes to replace it. Our system was 22 years old so we went with replacement. I could not have ask for a better group of people to work with. They were very professional, quick and clean about their work. Every time I asked a question weather it was the office staff or the workers, I always received a happy answer. I would have been a little cranky if I had to work in my hot attic!   Ed and the folks at Conn are great. They came to repair my air conditioner the same day I called and ordered my new one the next day and installed it the day after that. I couldn't have asked for better service. Ed provided with me three options to choose from good, better, best and as well as a few different payment plan options. They went above and beyond to assist me and communicate via email and text. The technicians Eddie and Kenny were great. They were super quiet and polite in my house. They showed me everything and Ed stopped by the next day to check on the job and show me some of the controls and features of my new system and thermostat. He even walked me through the online setup. I have used Conn before to purchase and install a hot water heater and they also service my furnace. Their techs are always professional and knowledgeable and their service is awesome.
