“Rain Soft has so far changed the way I look at water. I thought I was a “water snob” before with my name brand filter system, but now I’m even more so. The water we get now tastes better, smells better and even looks better than what we had before! We use significantly less product when we shower, and our child’s bubble baths are healthier. I have also been extremely impressed with the professionalism and charismatic people who we have spoken to and met. They have been very thorough in making sure we understand every aspect of what we are getting and are always available if we have any questions. “I will write this review to combat all of the other bad reviews because I was going to write a horrible just horrible review on this place until I simply switched rooms at a simple request with management. There is nothing wrong with our room now and it's quite clean and all of the people that work here are friendly and courteous. We have not used the pool but it looks clean and well maintained. The breakfast is like any other so I don't know what to tell you there. Ignore all of the reviews that are bad because those people probably didn't request a new room.”
