(June 2, 2018, 9:19 am)This place is good they save me a lot of money on my car insurance but only thing I don't like. You never get the same person talking to you. once they lost my paperwork they couldn't find it. then you speak to somebody else and they give you a different quote. I say just be careful and always write the name of the person down that you spoke to besides that they're excellent over here and they are all bilingual . So that helps out a lot. Also when you ask for your representative she or he is always busy and they give you somebody else I don't like that because it tell you one thing and you're represented tells you another thing

Anytime I need a document or anything, all I have to do is call or send an email and I always receive a prompt response. Also, the agents are always looking for ways to save their customers money by shopping policies with many different insurance providers. They are knowledgeable, responsive and always pleasant. Working with John and Nick and the rest of the team has been a great experience!
