Scott, our Alia MedFlight representative, was incredible at coordinating the complex logistics with all of the different parties domestically and internationally, his diligence, the responsiveness and constant updates he provided, gave us a peace of mind that we were making progress for the take-off. We greatly appreciate the patience he showed us during this stressful time. In addition, the flight crew was very kind and accommodating when we met them at the airport. Everyone was very professional and amazing at what they do.
Alia MedFlight delivered exceptionally and beyond our expectations. The bedside-to-bedside service was impeccable. We are grateful for the service they provided to our family in our time of need.
