We called Pedimedica when I was delivering our daughter at Holy Name. The staff was wonderful, the Dr who saw her in the first few days was great and we have always found the office to be so welcoming and warm.
Closter Pedimedica pros and cons
Pros: Staff and Dr’s are one of a kind. Always willing to help and always willing to see my children on the same day. Dr’s very knowledgeable and front desk makes me feel welcome.
Cons: The new Call Center is sometimes very hard to deal with. I have been on hold for over 10 minutes. A little annoying but I can deal with that knowing I’m getting thru to the Closter office.
I would still not go anywhere else. I have been bringing my kids here and myself for over 40 years. Love this place.
Kathy and Ruth are nice to deal with, they are always very professional. It’s nice to walk in and see Marc always smiling. Makes me feel welcome. My kids love watching the fish tank. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Such caring doctors!!! They make you feel that you're being treated as family. Plus, the place has a bunch of toys for kids to play with while comfortably waiting for the appointment. Totally recommend this place
