    I have been going to TKM for more than a year and a half. In general, it is a great place to learn self-defense techniques and to keep good fitness level. Pavel, the main instructor, teaches the material in a very professional way, and shares his broad knowledge and experience in Martial Arts. And not less important, there a very nice training atmosphere. I am warmly recommending this place.

    I've been learning Krav Maga from the instructor Pavel for about 2 months now. His instructions are very clear and detail-oriented, so you can easily follow his instructions and make new techniques your own. Also, another thing that I really like about TKM is the fact that its curriculum is very well structured and organized. I highly recommend TKM if you ever want to learn Krav Maga or self-defense skills.

    Great organisation, great experience, the best instructors! Both my son and I are going for couple of months now and enjoying it very much. A nice mix of fitness with self defense techniques that can become useful in a bad day on the street/school/parking lot... Highly recommended!

    I have been going to TKM for the past two month and have registered my 6 year old son and 9 year old daughter. The class has a good mix of warm up, stretching, self defense techniques, and crossfire style fitness at the end. It's highly effective even after only two month or practicing basic moves and I think is a must for everyone to know.
    I highly recommend TKM! The instructors are great, the facility is very convenient, and you get a great workout regardless of the fact that you learn really effective self defense techniques.
