  CareOne at Cresskill, located in Cresskill, New Jersey, is a five-star facility in every aspect of its operation! In fact, if it were possible, we would certainly give it 10 stars! My husband spent three weeks there following a hospitalization, and his experience was extraordinary - from the administration, the nurses, the folks who care for the rooms, bring the food, and help with bathing. The atmosphere is always one of caring, support, and professionalism.
  Our experience began there with the tour by, Donna, the Director of Admissions. Her enthusiasm and explanation of the values of this facility were moving to me, and, I felt quickly comfortable and “at home.” She explained that CareOne at Cresskill is not hospital and is not a home, but that its goal is to be an intermediary experience in the middle of that transition. And, wow, are they successful in meeting this goal! My husband was moved from the hospital to a private room with three large windows! I was able to have lunch with him almost every day he was there. We sat at the window watching the trees, birds, butterflies, and wildlife (chipmunks and squirrels, of course) outside - a very healing and restorative part of our experience. The physical therapy and occupational therapy departments are staffed by skilled therapists!
  We really can't say enough about CareOne at Cresskill, and feel so lucky that we found them. The entire staff mirrors the values of their director, Cheryl Dorn, who travels many miles to work there each day because, “I love this place!” Guests and loved ones are made to feel welcome, from the coffee at the reception desk to the chilled jug of ice water, infused with different fruits each day, which is impossible to pass up. We also have to send kudos to the chef and food staff! The food is delicious! We recommend this facility more than 100%!

  My wife Nitza was in the rehab after a surgery. She received an excellent and professional care, from the staff and the administration. In particular, the physical and occupational therapies were top of the line, and put her back on her feet. I highly recommend CareOne in Cresskill to anyone who needs a rehab after an orthopedic surgery.

  Love it for rehab it is the best place staff is great & friendly. I also want to say that their physical & occupational therapy dept is the best too

  My mother is currently here and I have to say they have been amazing. The place looks great and the staff is very nice. My mom had been to a couple of other places since she has been sick but this has been the nicest. They are all very attentive and answer all my questions right away. I can't recommend a better place.
