  My father suffered a stroke which lead to issues of balance. He was unable to walk, sit and stand without assistance. John's work with my father has helped him improve technique and rid bad habits formed even before the stroke.
  
  After the first few sessions, I noticed that he has drastically improved the way he moves around. He can now take a few steps by himself as his balance is more stable. Sitting and standing are now done regularly in a safe and efficient manner.
  
  The goal is to get my father walking with a cane and back to some normal daily activities like walking in the park. We still have a long way to go but if my father continues to do these exercises on his own I know he will get stronger.
  
  I highly recommend John’s rehabilitation services because not only does he come from an engineering background which sparks some non-traditional, yet highly effective techniques, but he truly cares for his patients and his desire to see them get better is sincere.

  I was having pains shooting up my wrist along the top knuckles of my thumb. The pain was so bad I could not rotate my wrist or move it forward. Picking up things was very painful. It was like I couldn’t use my hand at all.
  John was awesome! He took his time an assessed my situation. By carefully asking questions and interpreting my symptoms he was able to implement a therapy routine along with some homework exercises to do at home that would have a almost immediate positive impact on my hand.
  Johns ability to walk me through the therapy as to why and how he was doing certain movements to help my condition was a key to this experience.
  It was an at ease experience to work with John
  I would recommend John to others for sure. He is not into exhausting the visitations sessions just to maximize his revenue. Quite the opposite, he wants you to be back up 100% to pre-condition mode as quickly as possible. While all the time maintaining a positive and healthy experience!

  John at Vision Quest is one of the top Physical Therapists in the area. He takes his time and it is never a rushed session with him.
