I learned about Carles P. Roger's mattresses through Consumer Reports. They were rated the number one innerspring mattress, for quality, stability, comfort and durability
They offer a 15 year warranty on the fabric and 25 years on the springs and structure.
They don't sell through large mattress retailers. They have several showrooms in NYC, or you can order online. My wife and I went to one of their factories/showroom in East Rutherford, NJ to look and test their mattresses. We were not pressured to buy anything. We were given a tour of the factory and took our time trying the various mattresses and were very impressed with how well made the mattresses and box spring were built. It was almost like custom ordering your own mattress. It took about two weeks to have it delivered. We were called one day before delivery and were given a four hour delivery window. The day of the delivery, we were called a half hour before the truck showed up. Delivery and setup was free. They even removed the old mattress and set it out by the curb. They can even finance your purchase.
They provide a 100 day trial/satisfaction period, with a full refund if not satisfied. Overall a very positive experience. Would highly recommend them.

We had been looking for new beds and tried several places and many, many beds. We’d heard about Charles P Rogers because they got rated so highly in Consumer Reports. We wound up there last and it took about 5 minutes to realize we should have come here first! We were greeted by a very friendly, knowledgeable manager named Erik who gave us his complete attention, knew the answers to everything
we asked and also knew when to give us space. Literally the most comfortable beds ever!! Made to order in New Jersey, no outgassing and guaranteed for more years than you’d ever own a bed, why would you go any where else? We wound up buying two!

Eric is a knowledgeable, friend and sincere young man. Made my decision on which mattress to purchase easy. I will recommend this place to everyone.

Great place to buy your mattress. I am a pain in the ass when buying furniture and like to take my time and not be hassled by a salesman. Eric gave me as much time as I needed two days in a row. I went with the nano 1 and it is so comfortable and the delivery was very easy. If you want a well built mattress that will last and is super comfy. Go with Charles P Rogers
