WOW! In a world inundated with crime, distrust, and lack of values, along comes Joe a hard-working honest businessman. For Christmas my boyfriend scheduled my car to have the remote starter installed. When I dropped off the car Joe told me it would take an hour and a half to two hours. Five minutes later Joe called and told me to come back. Turns out my car already had a remote starter ( A tad embarrassing that I had the car for two years and was not aware of this). Joe could’ve easily charged me for something I already had and I never would’ve known. However, he went above and beyond and showed me how my remote starter works. I can’t thank you enough Joe for having integrity and more importantly filling back the Reservoir of good faith in humanity. Thanks and a very Merry Christmas to you! 😁

I had a starter installed on my Honda. The service here was amazing. The work was completed in a timely fashion. I felt comfortable because there wasn’t a lot of customers waiting around. They were very good with explaining to me how to use the key and making sure I understood how to use it. I would highly recommend.

I came to untouchable sounds just to make an appointment, however the customer service was excellent to the point that I was able to get a remote starter for my car immediately and they installed led lights on my dads car at the same time.
